How does it work?

The blog hop will begin on November 1 and run through November 27. I’ll be sharing a photo of the pattern, along with the coupon code and the link to the designer’s blog post about the pattern or their Ravelry page. If you’re directed to their blog post, they’ll have a button within their blog post that says “Click here to download on Ravelry.” That will take you to the Ravelry page for the pattern, and then you can use the coupon code in your cart to get it for FREE! The pattern will only be available for 24 hours though, so be sure to check back here each day to check out the newest pattern. Also, if the coupon code doesn’t work right away while you’re using your phone, try it on your computer.

The blog hop is set up to be a fun scavenger hunt for patterns to help you discover brand new bloggers! By you visiting all of our blogs, this helps us as bloggers to be able to get more exposure, get pageviews, and make some ad revenue. This all helps us be able to throw pattern events like this one

    • Claire Goodale | 2nd Nov 19

The code for the Day 2 pattern is located in the instructions for Day 2 at the bottom of the post. It is “Cozy”.

  5. Nadine | 4th Nov 19

The coupon code for the Day 4 Rainforest Ripple Scarf by Hook Yarn Carabiner doesn’t seem to be working; it can be applied, but it does nothing to the price (it stays at $4.99). 🤔

    • Claire Goodale | 4th Nov 19

That’s strange! I just tried it on my phone and it changed the price to free… Try entering it on your computer, because sometimes codes are weird on Ravelry with phones. Otherwise the code seems to working on all ends. Let me know if it still doesn’t work!

  6. Lacie | 4th Nov 19

The code for todays free pattern us not working. I tried on the computer and mobile but it still says 4.99.

    • Claire Goodale | 4th Nov 19

I just contacted the designer and will send out an email to let everyone know when it works!

  7. Nadine | 4th Nov 19

Thanks for trying it, Claire. It still doesn’t work for me, neither on the computer nor my phone. Shame, but hopefully tomorrow’s one will work. Fingers crossed!

    • Claire Goodale | 4th Nov 19

I contacted the designer to see why it isn’t working, and will send out another email to let you know when it works!

  8. Rosie Murray | 4th Nov 19

It’s not working for me today either. I have tried both phone and computer. Using all capitals doesn’t work either.

    • Claire Goodale | 4th Nov 19

I just contacted the designer and will send out an email to let everyone know when it works!

  9. Caitlin | 4th Nov 19

The code for today’s pattern (Day 4, Rainbow Ripple Scarf) isn’t working for me either, whether on the computer or my phone. It allows it to be applied, but it doesn’t change the price.

    • Claire Goodale | 4th Nov 19

I just contacted the designer and will send out an email to let everyone know when it works!

  10. Sharron | 4th Nov 19

    Your coupon doesn’t work
I tried putting it in the basket

    • Claire Goodale | 4th Nov 19

Sorry about that! I have contacted the designer and will update everyone when the code is working again.

  11. Sharron | 4th Nov 19

    Your coupon doesn’t work

    • Claire Goodale | 4th Nov 19

I have contacted the designer and will let everyone know when it works again!

  12. Nadine | 4th Nov 19

I actually got it to work by signing OUT of Ravelry, using the same coupon code on the pattern page through the ‘buy it now’ button and downloaded it without being signed in. Once I applied the coupon code and went through the checkout (it won’t work if you sign in beforehand), I could download it, and then sign in once the checkout process was complete so I could add it to my library. Where there’s a will, there’s a way! 😁👍

  13. Mary Fafara | 4th Nov 19

It says only available until 6 am pst on11/4 ,could be the problem? That would be 9 am in the east.

    • Claire Goodale | 4th Nov 19

Oops, forget to change that when I wrote the description. The code is scheduled to be available till 11/05. Is it still not working for you?

  14. Amanda | 5th Nov 19

Hi there! I tried the RIPPLE RAINFOREST SCARF is it not a free PDF now. I had no internet yesterday do to a family emergency my mother had to have an emergency surgery. I thought it was still a free pdf but sorry I missed it the cowl for today is beautiful. Thank you! Amanda

  15. Grethel | 5th Nov 19

Thank you very much, and all the creators for share all this beautiful patterns.

    • Claire Goodale | 5th Nov 19

You’re welcome! We’re so happy we get to do this for you!

  16. Caroline | 8th Nov 19

I tried to get the Ragged Falls Sccarf pattern, but it says the coupon code is expired. Your post says it’s available until 6 am PST on 11/8. Right now it is 6 am EST, so it’s 3 AM PST. The designer’s page says it’s free for 24 hours, but I’m not sure when that 24 hours began and ended.

    • Claire Goodale | 9th Nov 19

Sorry about that! There must have been a mix up with what times the codes were set at for that pattern.

  17. Michelle | 9th Nov 19

There is no option to add the Herringbone Cup Cozy to my Ravelry cart to use the code, so I’m not sure how to actually gets the PDF for free?

    • Claire Goodale | 10th Nov 19

Sorry about that confusion yesterday, I hope you were able to get the PDF after everything was fixed! I tried to get everything changed as soon as possible.

  18. Courtney F | 9th Nov 19

When I go to Ravelry, it just says that the Herringbone Cup Cozy is available for $1.08 but no way to buy it. I’ve never seen this before. Could you help me figure out what I’m supposed to do? Or is this an error on Ravelry?

    • Claire Goodale | 10th Nov 19

Sorry about the confusion with this design yesterday! I tried to get things fixed as soon as possible yesterday , and I hope you were able to get the pattern.

  19. Caitlin | 9th Nov 19

There is no way to add the Herringbone Cup Cozy to my shopping basket on Ravelry. It’s not available to purchase on my phone or computer.

  20. Courtney | 9th Nov 19

I got the buy button to show up on ravelry but the code hcc does not make the pattern free.

  21. Courtney | 9th Nov 19

I got the buy button on Ravelry, but the code doesn’t work.

  22. Tammy | 9th Nov 19

    Hi
I am using the code but it still not letting me apply it
    Thank You,
    Tammy

  23. girliefriend | 9th Nov 19

Code for Herringbone Cup Cozy is not working. Site accepts code but goes nowhere. Messaged designer as well.

    • Claire Goodale | 10th Nov 19

Sorry about the confusion with this pattern! I hope that you were still able to get things after I had the designer fix things!

  24. Carrie Doyle | 12th Nov 19

The 12th pattern is not loaded when I click your blog link from today’s email.

    • Claire Goodale | 12th Nov 19

All of the info is still available for how to get it. My site is having issues with me uploading images for today’s pattern, but I’m working on getting the issue fixed. The pattern is still available though!

      • Carrie Doyle | 12th Nov 19

I got today’s pattern. Thank you for all of your work. I appreciate it very much.
