Tapestry Crochet Cactus Coasters: Free Crochet Pattern

Looking for a quick and adorable crochet coaster pattern to put your drinks on? Then these cute tapestry crochet cactus coasters are perfect for you! With this free crochet pattern, I combined two things I love: tapestry crochet and cacti. By putting the two together, it made these beautiful coasters!

These coasters would be perfect to hold those ice cold drinks during the summer, or the piping hot cups of coffee or tea that you drink in the cold months. I want to make enough to go throughout all of my home! It’s an easy crochet pattern that you could whip up in no time.

The Yarn

What’s great about these coasters is that you can use any scrap yarn that you have lying around. They don’t use very much yarn to make, so if you don’t want to buy any new skeins of yarn and just use what’s in your yarn stash then you can easily do that! I used some Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn to make these, but another great option would be a cotton yarn if you are making these for the warm months. Lion Brand 24/7, Lily’s Sugar and Cream, or Bernat Handicrafter yarn would be some other great yarn options to make these.
